Had two 20” bikes for nearly 10 years and two 26” bikes for over 5 years. One of the 20”” bikes has done around 6000 miles and one of the 26” bikes has done over 9000 miles. We have had very little problems and the rare spares that I have needed have been very quick to arrive. As an example rear wheel rim split.( 6000 miles of brake use had worn the alloy rim thin.) A S bikes hadn’t a new replacement in stock ( world shipping problems as we hear regularly on the news) They did have a rear wheel with a nearly new rim and spokes, but a useless motor. They gave it to me for just the courier cost. It arrived the next day and my local bike repairer fitted the rim and spokes to my good motor.. we have been super happy with the bikes quality and the helpful service of the business. I’ve owned an As Bike for many years and it’s still going strong. In my mind it’s still the best folding e-bike on the market! I know the cost can seem more but the fact this is 9 years old and still going strong says it all! I take it everywhere and it’s fantastic! I actually love it

Peter and his family really know how to look after their customers.
Our 15 year old bikes are well used and have been very reliable. Only on our second battery.
A recent intermittent electrical fault was quickly repaired by Sam on site at Malvern Motorhome Show, who refused to take any payment, even for the replacement part.

What a super company AS Bikes are, bought two folding electro bikes a year ago and both have been faultless, popped them back at a recent show and they were serviced FOC, payment offered but declined, just go and enjoy your bikes was the response.

Absolutely 1st class customer service
Absolutely 1st class customer service. Bought a fold up bike last May and developed an issue with the electrics. Without hesitation they collected it fixed the issue, returned it by courier, had even cleaned and serviced it. Excellent bikes and after sales service. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

AS bikes are an absolutely brilliant proper company to deal with, we’ve had 3x 20” wheels models and are just upgrading to the 26” versions. Nothing is too much trouble for them to sort whenever we’re at any of the Warner’s Motorhome shows. The whole now extended family are a joy to speak to whenever we see them.

Folding Electric Bikes
Visited A S Bikes at Exeter Motorhome exhibition and found exactly the bikes we were looking for. Well engineered compact folding electric bikes which ride well in normal or assisted mode. The family are obviously passionate about their products, experienced and helpful. We bought a pair of the Mark lll bikes at a good price and refreshingly with no extras – rack, lights, mudguards and toolkit all included and bonus goodies added. Excellent product and service.
